An insurance firm has highlighted the need for careful driving by wrapping a street in bubble wrap.

The publicity stunt resulted in some bizarre pictures which can be seen by clicking here.

The street used was Somerville Road, Worcester, which is rated by the insurance firm as one of the most accident prone streets in the UK.

In all, 1500 square metres of the packaging material was used, but the company says that this will now be donated to Oxfam for wrapping aid bound for Haiti.
