Bespoke Spirit of Ecstasy Phantoms will be made by the company to celebrate its 100th year

Rolls-Royce has announced that it will introduce a series of bespoke Phantoms as part of the company’s 100th anniversary of the Spirit of Ecstasy.

Dubbed the Centenary Collection, one hundred examples will feature exclusive exterior colours – including Rhapsody Black and Maiden Blue – and exclusive wood veneers and leather options.

Also included is a bespoke bonnet ornament, which is cast in silver with black and gold plated bezel bearing a commemorative inscription.

Interior features include analogue clock with the company’s centenary inscription and a silver plaque on the centre console. On the glove box too is an inscribed quote from original designer of the Spirit of Ecstasy, Charles Sykes.

Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös said" “These beautiful models follow the finest traditions of Rolls-Royce in their luxury, craftsmanship and attention to detail. They encapsulate the essence of the Spirit of Ecstasy legend, presenting owners with a range of exclusive bespoke options available only in this centenary year”

For owners wanting another reminder of their purchase, a desk ornament is also included.

Prices for the special Phantoms have not been confirmed, but Rolls Royce did tell Autocar that a premium of around 10 per cent on top of the £235,400 list price is an estimated figure.Read about the company's sales figures last year
