Toyota has revealed its Fire and Ice variants of the new Toyota Aygo. Both are powered by the marque’s revised 1.0-litre VVT-I petrol engine, which achieves 65.7mpg and emits 99g/km Co2, making both cars road tax-exempt and free of the London Congestion Charge.

Aygo Fire models are equipped with 14-inch alloys, LED daytime running lights set into the lower edge of the grille, tinted windows, a leather steering wheel and leather gear knob trim. A new Burnt Orange exterior paint finish comes as an option.
Ice models focus more on interior comfort than Fire versions and feature air conditioning, Alcantara and leather trim, Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port.

The new Toyota Aygo Fire is priced from £9595 for the three-door model with a five-speed manual gearbox, rising to £10,950 for the top-spec five-door fitted with Totota’s Multimode ’box.Prices for Ice models start from £9895 and climb to £10,750.
UK sales for the Toyota Aygo range begins in March.
