Aston Martin has revealed a limited-edition DBS to commemorate Ulrich Bez’s 10 years as CEO of the company.

Aston will make just 40 UB-2010 models – 20 coupes and 20 convertibles – and they have all been specified to Bez’s personal tastes.

This means an Azurite Black paint job and a metallic bronze leather interior. Each fascia will be finished in Cryptic Titan.

Bez will also hand-sign a specially-numbered plaque for each model. Prices will be revealed in due course.

No. BMW have that colour too, as an option, and it is called Azurite Black. Same deal. Follow your own link.

Re: Aston reveals limited DBS

Judging by the interior and wheels I'd say the car in the picture is a DBS Carbon Black Special Edition.

However, Azurite Black does look blue depending on point-of-view, under bright light especially; that is the point of it as a paint treatment.

You can make any colour look different according to its make-up, application, and appearance under various lighting conditions.

The paint used for the carbon black models is no different in its make-up.
