The 2020 Porsche 911 Speedster is what you get if you imagine a 911 GT3 without a roof.

With a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated engine, a six-speed manual gearbox, and GT-department suspension the Speedster is the last of the line for the 991-generation 911. Perfect for carving up mountains on continental Europe in the height of summer, then - but what about those who live in colder climbs?

Join James Disdale as he heads to a chilly Northumberland to see is the Speedster's appeal holds up on British roads in the middle of winter.
