Autocar spies have snapped these pictures of the next-generation Porsche Cayenne testing in Germany. There has been speculation that Porsche is building a smaller version of the Cayenne but these spyshots confirm that the vehicle in question is actually the next generation of the popular SUV.

To be fair I am not likely to buy a Cayenne, but why "upgrade" by adopting Golf headlights?

 "This car will be built on the same platform as the forthcoming allowing it to utilise hybrid and diesel powertrains".

I presume it is the Volkswagen Toe-Rag they are talking about.

I know this car is under disguise but i dont see any major difference in styling over the current model - this may be just a facelift to get a few more years out of the current model
