Bugatti admits alernative plan if Galibier isn't built

Bugatti insiders have admitted that they will have to come up with an alternative plan if potential customers aren't impressed by the Bugatti Galibier 16C concept.

One option, revealed to Autocar by a company insider, is to make a new Veyron.

"We could just make a new one using the Galbier's mechanicals," he said, suggesting a new sports car could be front-engined.

Another option is a cheaper saloon, costing around £400,000. However, there are worries that it could conflict with the Bentley business within the VW Group.

Re: Bugatti 'could make new Veyron'

Or could it be reading between the lines that they don't know either!. Their concept car is spectacular, they could sell all they produce, the Emirates will love them!, and a cheaper saloon, are they having a laugh?£400,000!!! that'll be the Shiek's wife's runaround then, come on! their not being serious are they?, if they are they may aswell try to sell the Bugatti name to the emirates and sell the cars exclusively their!
