1/ the pics to click are an absolute pain! Enough!
2/ Podcasts are good but some folks actually prefer/need to raed printed material: surely, this can't be too demanding, can it?

Yes! I did twice and had no complaints at all: the cars were immaculate and the discount was phenomenal for mileage in VERY low 4-figure range (2.5K for one car and 3.5K for the other!)
