Two new editions have been added to the Jaguar XF range, the SE Business and Sport, priced from £31,500 and £34,950 respectively.
The Jaguar XF SE Business is based on the recently announced 161bhp variant of the 2.2-litre diesel engine. It gets sat-nav and a seven-inch touchscreen in addition to the standard specification, which includes start-stop, a 400W sound system with DAB digital radio, leather and suedecloth seats and bi-Xenon headlights.

The Jaguar XF Sport model is based on the more powerful 187bhp version of the 2.2-litre oilburner. This car gets the full aerodynamic pack first introduced on the Diesel S, which includes a revised front bumper, a black grille element, side sill extensions, a rear boot lid spoiler and a black rear valance.
Inside, the Sport features half leather suedecloth seats with electric driver and passenger adjustment, piano black trim with ‘Sport’ decals on the centre console and stainless steel foot pedals. The car also has a heated front windscreen and front seats, a front parking aid plus a reversing camera and 60/40 folding rear seats.
Both the Jaguar XF SE Business and Sport can be ordered now.

Re: New Jaguar XF variants launched
Absolutely right. The only place that sees an increase in demand for large luxury cars is, inevitably, China. In China JLR does not struggle...

It's not so great in USA at the moment either...

As far as Europe & UK is concerned, all I can hope is that sales of the XF 2.2 have not had long enough to factor in 2011's sales figures. Range expansion is the only way to survive now. Jaguar needs an X-Type and it needs it quickly. It needs an XF wagon about 2 years ago. It needs AWD options on the entire range to cater for the NA market. It needs to stop fannying around with the CX-75 and concentrate on the cars that will secure it's future.
To say that they have been tardy with the development of the XF range is an understatement of epic proportions. Let's hope they don't keep making such mistakes.
