Kimi Raikkonen is set to continue in the World Rally Chanmpionship for a second season, rather than make the switch back to Formula One.
Raikkonen has been linked with a seat at Renault in 2011, but he is instead set to extend his partnership with Red Bull and stay with Citroen in the WRC next season.
A Red Bull source told Autopsort: “We are very happy with what Kimi has done this season. He is very good for the Red Bull brand and we are looking to extend his agreement into next year. I think this is likely."
The deal with Red Bull could see the 2007 F1 champion move back to the works Red Bull F1 team in 2012 if the team decides against extending Mark Webber’s contract past 2011.
Raikkonen said at Rally Bulgaria that he was not missing F1 and was enjoying competing in the WRC, although he added a decision on his future had yet to be made.
Olivier Quesnel, Citroen Racing director, believes Raikkonen will stay in the WRC next season.
“I'm sure this will happen," he said. "For myself, he is really involved in rallying and he wants to succeed. I will be pleased if he will stay. He has done one year and he needs to do one more year to make sure."

Re: Kimi set to stay in WRC
In other words, either Michael or Fernando aren't ready to go yet?
