Audi will show seven different custom variants of the A1 supermini at Volkswagen’s annual Woorthersee event in Austria, including this ‘FC Bayern’ special edition model.
All seven designs are the work of Audi chief designer Stefan Sielaff and his team and have been created to demonstrate the range of customisable options that will be available upon the car’s launch in the autumn.

The FC Bayern design is the showcase of the stand, as it commemorates the German team’s achievement of getting to the Champions League final in Madrid later this month. It is kitted out in Bayern colours and features the name and number of Bayern forward Arjen Robben.
Other A1 specials on the stand include taxi and police car variants, as well as a design in the colours of the original Quattro rally car. Audi has also made styling changes to all of the special editions’ interiors.
“The Audi A1 fits in with the GTI meet because customisation has always been a central topic for the Audi fans here at the Worthersee and will also play a special role for A1 customers,” said Sielaff.
Other models on Audi’s Woorthersee stand will include the new R8 GT and RS5 models. The event starts a week today.

Re: Audi's seven new A1 models
Spot on, since when did giving an existing product a new paint job and some Halfords accessories make it a new model?
