After months of speculation, Audi has officially confirmed it will build a second SUV. The Q5, set to be a rival for BMW’s X3, will be built in Germany at Audi’s Ingolstadt factory from 2008.Audi described the new 4x4 as ‘overtly sporty,’ and the car should come with the option of a 4.2-litre V8. It will be closely based on the next generation A4, and all models should get four-wheel drive.
