MG Rover is offering UK car-shoppers the chance to win a Rover 25 or MG ZR. To mark Rover’s centenary, and the 80th birthday of Morris Garages, the company’s sporting arm, the manufacturer is laying on its Big Birthday Quiz.
To be held on Wednesday July 14th, the event will link MG Rover dealerships nationwide, as contestants battle it out to win a new car. To take part, entrants must apply at one of those dealerships in teams of four before July 10th; a £20 team registration fee applies, the money from which will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Relief. It is hoped that over £100,000 can be raised for the charity.
On the night itself, former England cricketer Phil Tufnell will play Quizmaster. Contestants will be competing to answer a broad range of general knowledge questions.
