Skoda Citigo Black Edition gets a host of extra equipment as standard

The Skoda Citigo Black Edition has been added to the city car’s range, with the new trim adding a variety of technology, comfort and exterior options as standard equipment.

The Citigo Black Edition is available in black or white paint, with body-coloured door mirrors, and 15in black alloy wheels.

Inside, a height-adjustable driver's seat, manual air conditioning and Skoda’s Portable Infotainment Device are standard, as are electric windows in the front and tinted rear windows. It also gets an entertainment pack with four additional speakers (over the SE’s two-speaker set-up).

The Black Edition keeps the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine, giving 59bhp and 62.8mpg combined fuel economy, and is available in both three-door and five-door bodystyles. The Black Edition bridges the gap between the SE and Monte Carlo spec levels and is available to order now. It carries a £1715 premium over the base-spec Citigo, prices starting at £9990.
