And for second place....

two tyres. Will Autocar pay for the disposal charge in 2 months time?

Might be worth it if you buy

Might be worth it if you buy a Golf GTi clubsport S and keep the tyre as a bit of memorobilia. If the car turns into a cult classic even more so.

When I was younger

we invented a competition where the first prize was a week's holiday in Warrington - and the second prize was two weeks' holiday in Warrington. At the time I thought no-one would ever come up with a less attractive competition. I respect you guys - this is the dumbest thing I ever heard of. One tyre eh? And it's fxxxed you say? Great bring it on!

Third place

So what was third place then? An eternity in Warrington?
