Vauxhall has unveiled an Ecoflex model to its Insignia Sports Tourer range at the Frankfurt motor show.
The Vauxhall Insignia Ecoflex Sports Tourer has CO2 emissions of 139g/km and combined fuel economy of 53.7mpg. Vauxhall claims the Ecoflex Sports Tourer can travel up to 826 miles on a single tank of fuel.
The car uses the same 158bhp/280lb ft 2.0-litre CDTi unit found in the Ecoflex saloon and hatchback models. It can get from 0-60mph in 9.3sec and go on to reach a top speed of 134mph.
A raft of changes over the regular Sports Tourer model are featured, including modified front air intakes, a closed upper front grille, a lower ride height and low-resistance tyres.
Two underbody spoilers have also been added to help direct air over the rear axle, reducing drag and lift.
Prices start at £21,515 and it is on sale now.
