Nissan has launched a GT4-based 370Z

Nissan has launched an Ultimate Yellow edition of its 370Z coupe, a nod to its racing counterpart which competes in the European GT4 series.

The Nissan 370Z Yellow is available in limited numbers and features special 370Z side graphics and 19inch RAYS forge alloy wheels, as well as the striking yellow paint job.

The 370Z Yellow is powered by the same V6 petrol engine, which produces 326bhp and 270lb ft of torque. A six-speed manual ‘box is standard, while a seven-speed auto’ is an option. Its 0-62mph time is a claimed 5.3secs.

Inside, the special edition theme continues with a black leather and suede interior. An eight-speaker BOSE sound system and integrated sat-nav also feature, while the rest of the equipment comes from the 370Z GT Pack, on which the Yellow is based.

The Nissan 370Z Yellow goes on sale in September, with prices starting at £31,650 for the manual and £33,050 for the automatic.
