The forthcoming facelifted Porsche Panamera has been spotted winter testing.
Porsche is in the latter stages of developing a series of mid-life revisions for its best-selling Porsche Porsche Panamera model. As well as a revised headlight design and new front bumper the Panamera’s controversial rear end gets a ‘tail lift’.
The new images show the aesthetic revisions to the rear end, including the new light signature of the rear lamp clusters.
The car's rear bumper moulding stands proud of the lower tailgate and the numberplate plinth. The overall effect gives the Panamera a more four-square, planted, stance.
The tweaked Panamera is expected to be unveiled at the Shanghai motor show in April.
At the moment, the big hatchback is Porsche’s second biggest-selling model after being overtaken by the Cayenne SUV which, in recent months, accounted for over 50 per cent of all Porsche sales.
Porsche has had to add a third shift at the Leipzig plant that builds the Panamera and Cayenne in order to meet the booming demand.

I still prefer the looks of the new Routemaster bus. Panamera or Rapide - no contest.
Spy pics
Don't want to be pedantic, but these are really not spy pics are they. They are carefully orchestrated with Porsche (Macan and Panamera) as with other vendors too. I just can't believe that a professional photographer would stand in the freezing cold in the middle of nowhere (Finland?) on the off chance that a new Porsche model will drive by. Not a great way to earn a living.
The Macan looks great, hopefully once the disguise is dropped, the Panamera will look better than it did.
OMG NOT REAL PORSCHE UGLY POS WOULD NOT BUY
