Audi has announced a swifter 90bhp A2 turbodiesel to replace the current 75bhp 1.4. The new 1.4-litre three-cylinder meets the Euro4 emissions standard and goes on sale in spring 2004 for just under 15,000.
Arriving in October is the 15,630, 115bhp 1.6 FSI direct-injection version of the A3 hatchback. It will be sold alongside the current 102bhp 1.6.
