Re: F1 testing - day two
So Massa goes quickest in testing for two days running and The Autocar figures the best picture to go with the headline is one of Lewis Hamilton!.
Looks like some things won't change this season!.
Re: F1 testing - day two
Yes, there are a lot of potential race winners on the grid this year.
Which is why Schumacher won't find it as easy as before, when he only had one or two competitive drivers and cars to beat
Yes, its an extra testing mast, McLaren have it as well. The test car is nothing like the race car, Ferrari and McLaren (and probably some others) have updates coming for the first race.
Re: F1 testing - day two
Very, very excited by the upcoming season!
A couple of things are running through my mind though. The first is a realisation of how damn close this season could be:
Potential race winning cars:
Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes, Red Bull, Renault (If it goes as good as it looks), Williams (Just because it's about time and you never now what could happen)
Potential race winning drivers:
Massa, Alonso
Button, Hamilton
Schumacher, Rosberg
Webber, Vettel
Kubica
Barrichello
Kobayashi (Not sure if Sauber will screw anything amazing together but he's got the guts to drive over the others and get a win!)
So based on that we could have 11 races with different winners!! Bring on the tension!
Also, anyone noticed on the pictures of the Ferrari F10 that it seems to have grown a mast?? What is that thing! Please tell me it's some kind of testing device and won't be around for the whole season!!
