These are the first teaser pictures of an all-new Toyota hybrid vehicle that will be unveiled at the Detroit motor show later today.
Toyota issued two teaser pictures and a brief statement saying a "dedicated hybrid concept vehicle" will be unveiled in Detroit, but gave no further details.

Speculation suggests the car will either be a Prius variant - possibly a sportier coupe model, or a larger estate - or a small IQ-sized city car.

Sorry. You'll never believe me, but the iQ line was in the original story but was wiped out by a bit of errant saving in the cms. Whatever you believe, I'd have to say your line of thinking looks most likely...
